Hisham Mokhtar, CFA

Senior Partner & Co-Founder

Hisham is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in investments. He currently serves on the boards of leading government-linked and private sector institutions including Telekom Malaysia among others.

Previously, he held senior positions at Khazanah Nasional and Astro Overseas, where he led numerous multi-million-ringgit investments and cross-border acquisitions. Hisham has a strong track record in aligning investment strategies with national economic priorities and institutional growth.

Bazil Razif

Managing Partner & Co-Founder

Bazil brings operating finance and investing discipline from public and private sectors. Most recently he led Treasury & Corporate Finance at Digital Nasional Berhad, having earlier served as Head of Commercial Strategy.

Previously, he oversaw strategy, treasury and corporate finance at Sapura Secured Technologies, spent five years in private equity at Ekuinas, and began his career at Khazanah before roles with Deutsche Bank and Partners in Performance.

Baskaran Ramasamy

Technical Advisor

Baskaran Ramasamy brings over 30 years of network development experience in telecommunications and digital infrastructure. He was part of the pioneering team at Maxis to develop and operate the mobile and fiber network. At Maxis, he held leadership roles across the network and commercial organisation.

After 16 years with Maxis, he transition into a global consulting role for Huawei Shenzhen where he assisted leading operators across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America in carrying out network duediligence and operations transformation. Baskaran also consulted for EY as a technology specialist where one if his main contribution was in the deployment of a 5G wholesale network in Malaysia.

In 2022, Baskaran joined Digital Nasional Berhad (“DNB”) where he focused on the rollout of their BSS digital platform for 5G Single Wholesale Network and commercial solutioning of their enterprise business.
